Warranty coverage:

The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective systems or parts with new or refurbished systems or parts that perform comparably to new products, including the cost of parts and labor.

CRU (Customer Replaceable Units) parts:

Certain components can be replaced by the customer. These parts, identified as CRU, may be shipped directly to the end user at the discretion of NESA WORLD®.

Skin Preparation: Before attaching the ECG, ensure it is designated for single use only per patient per session. For areas with hair, shaving is recommended to facilitate effective contact.

SAFETY IN USE

Instructions for Domestic Use:

While no specific training is required for private use of the device, we recommend monthly clinical monitoring by a NESA® Non-Invasive Neuromodulation expert.

Conditions of Use:

  • Avoid using the device in wet environments or submerged in water.
  • Begin stimulation in a comfortable position, preferably sitting or lying down, to prevent initial feelings of weakness.
  • Keep the device away from shortwave, microwave, or high-frequency surgical equipment to prevent irritation or burns.
  • Do not disconnect the cables during a session without first switching off the device.
  • Refrain from using the device if it is damaged or if its casing is open.

Specific precautions

Store the device and its accessories out of the reach of children and ensure that no foreign objects get into the device.

*For very important hygienic reasons, each user must have his own set of electrodes. Refrain from using the same electrodes with different people.

* Do not use the same set of dermal or compatible electrodes for more than one session, as the quality of the contact between the electrode and the skin – an important factor in the comfort and effectiveness of the stimulation – gradually deteriorates. In addition, adhesion is lost, and if it comes off the skin, the system has no effect. If in doubt, please consult the manufacturer according to electrode models.

* In individuals with very sensitive skin, red spots may appear under the electrodes after a stimulation session. Generally, these red spots are completely benign and will disappear shortly. However, stimulation sessions should not be resumed if the red spots have not disappeared.
