Face-to-Face: Attend one of our face-to-face basic introductory sessions. 4SleepDrive® is an introductory training method developed by sleep specialists from various disciplines. It provides a comprehensive approach to improving sleep quality.

What is the format of the course?

The course is blended, combining an online campus with an on-site session at the European University of Madrid, and is certified by the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. At the end of 2024 we will launch a 100% online format.

Who is the course aimed at?

It is aimed at health professionals interested in specialising in the comprehensive treatment of sleep.

What will I learn in the course?

You will learn about the neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathologies of sleep, as well as assessment methods and non-invasive neuromodulation techniques to improve the quality of your patients' sleep.

Currently, the course is available in Spanish. It will be offered in English starting in 2025.
