Face-to-Face: A 4-hour intensive session, available in countries where our company organizes training or through our authorized distributors.

Online: A 5.5-hour extended version, accessible globally. This format is designed for flexibility and convenience, with access available within 24 hours of your purchase.

How does support and troubleshooting work?

We recognize the importance of ongoing support. Upon joining our community and accessing the online campus, you will have a dedicated area for ticket/email support. Here, you can send all your clinical queries directly to the NESA WORLD® clinical address, and our team of experts is committed to responding within 48 hours.

What additional support will I receive after acquiring the technology?

What does the NESA® Non-Invasive Neuromodulation online introductory basic training include?

Our basic introductory online training provides a comprehensive overview of NESA® Non-Invasive Neuromodulation. Designed to offer a solid theoretical and practical foundation, this training, though delivered online, maintains the essence of our face-to-face sessions. It allows participants to acquire the same level of knowledge from the comfort of their home or office.

Is there a difference between online and face-to-face training?

The primary difference lies in the direct interaction with instructors, enriching the learning experience in face-to-face sessions. Additionally, face-to-face training includes supplementary printed materials to reinforce the content. However, the core educational objectives remain consistent across both modalities.

After completing the classroom training, can I access the online version?

Absolutely! If you have already attended our face-to-face training and wish to review the content or delve deeper into specific topics at your own pace, you can request access to the online version by contacting your account executive, who will facilitate the registration process.

Is it possible to register and complete the basic introductory training before acquiring the technology?

Yes, we offer the flexibility for you to participate in our basic introductory training before committing to purchasing our technology. This allows you to gain a comprehensive understanding of what our solution offers and how it can benefit your professional practice. There are two options for participating in this training:

Face-to-Face: Attend one of our face-to-face basic introductory sessions. These sessions often include a demonstration either by the account executive in charge or by one of our official distributors. It's an excellent opportunity to experience the technology first-hand and have any questions answered.

Online: For those who prefer the convenience of learning from their location, we offer online basic introductory training access for a temporary period of 1, 2, or 3 weeks. Access is granted following an online demonstration by our account executive, allowing you to explore the technology at your own pace and familiarize yourself with its capabilities before making a decision.

What is 4SleepDrive®?

4SleepDrive® is an introductory training method developed by sleep specialists from various disciplines. It provides a comprehensive approach to improving sleep quality.

What is the format of the course?

The course is blended, combining an online campus with an on-site session at the European University of Madrid, and is certified by the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. At the end of 2024 we will launch a 100% online format.

Who is the course aimed at?

It is aimed at health professionals interested in specialising in the comprehensive treatment of sleep.

What will I learn in the course?

You will learn about the neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathologies of sleep, as well as assessment methods and non-invasive neuromodulation techniques to improve the quality of your patients' sleep.

In which languages is it available?

Currently, the course is available in Spanish. It will be offered in English starting in 2025.

According to a study published in the Journal of Clinical Medicine in 2023, it was found that among 20,139 students from 60 countries, 57.6% (11,597 students) had scores indicative of insomnia, and 27.0% (5,442 students) had scores indicative of daytime sleepiness.
