How does NESA® medical technology work?
NESA® Non Invasive Neuromodulation medical technology is designed to optimize the human nervous system in a fast, efficient and long lasting way through patented intelligent microcurrents. We neuromodulate the autonomic nervous system from strategic points located in lower impedance peripheral nerves located in the hands and feet. These nerves are highly rich in sympathetic nerves of the autonomic nervous system. Neuromodulation is performed by peripheral and global stimulation.
The device has 9 clinical programs ranging from 1 to 15 Hertz, providing a high versatility of treatment. The application is performed actively by the health professional, in combination with other therapies, or passively in the office. It is a medical technology easy to use and transport, and there is also the option of home treatment.
